It was Ellington’s first football game of the 2008 season and we were playing Newsham. It was a cold and slippy day on the MUGA pitch but we were all looking forward to the match.

Ellington’s team was : Callum French, Josh Gair, James Dandie, Sam Gibson, Matty Harrington, Geordie Burke, Adam Dunn and Drew Tipple

We won 10-4 after a good start from Newsham. Josh scored, Geordie scored, Adam scored, Sam scored and Callum scored.

All the Ellington team played great football - well done.
